The University of South Alabama Psychology Department invites applications for a tenure-track, 9 month, position in Clinical or Counseling Psychology at the rank of assistant professor beginning August 15, 2017. We have a unique APA accredited doctoral program that combines clinical and counseling psychology using a combined-integrative model. Assistant Clinical Professor/Director, Department of Psychology, Auburn University, Auburn (posted 6/2/16)

The Department of Psychology at Auburn University invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track position as an Assistant Clinical Professor who would serve as the Director of our department’s psychological training clinic. The position is renewable based on need, performance and availability of funds. The position involves administrative oversight of the Auburn University Psychological Services Center (http://www.cla.auburn.edu/psychology/aupsc/about-the-center/), our department’s in-house training clinical that provides clinical services to children, adolescents and adults from the surrounding community. In addition to administrative duties, the position involves supervising the clinical work of graduate students. Other duties include expanding current services to better serve the residents in our community and teaching graduate and undergraduate courses. Candidates must have a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an APA accredited program and be license eligible in Alabama. Experience with both child and adult assessment cases is desirable. The successful candidate will bring a commitment to high quality supervision, evidence-based clinical training, and program development. Although not required, administrative/business experience in a clinical setting is desirable. Salary is competitive and consistent with prior experience.
